Directions:

Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds. Drink plenty of water. Results may very depending on age and metabolism. Do not exceed 4 servings per day. Effects are generally felt within 30 minutes. It is recommended that this product be taken on a 5 days on, 2 days off cycle, and 8 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle for maximum benefits.
