I finally called the number for retail to ask why the consumer telephone number never picks up. The lady answering the phone was very apologetic. She explained about recent phone problems and helped me place my order. Also, I received a customer appreciation coupon via e-mail, but when I went to your web site to use the 5% discount, I didnt have the codes that needed to be entered to get the discount. The codes I was being asked to enter were no where on the coupon. So, I had to call to place my order.

Shipping Options: I prefer to use Fed-Ex for all shipments so I would really like to see this merchant offer Fed-Ex as a shipping option.

The order arrived and I found a few human hairs stuck underneath the label of the container. I called customer service to let them know. I was issued a $10 credit and an apology. I was satisfied.

Price: I would like to see $10 off of the price in the future. I paid $50 plus $22 for next day shipping. But if the price would have been $40 it is very likely that I would have gone ahead and ordered two.

I gather this is a mom and pop sort of deal and service is not consistent but I think they keep trying. I was thinking of becoming a vendor but dont feel that I can run a business. I also feel that manufactures have to review their customers then offer a discount based on their historical purchasing ability.
